Billing Policy:
All pricing listed below is subject to change. Each client will receive a proposal for services that will include pricing based on the unique circumstances of every project. We bill on the complexity of the job and the time and expense required. We do not work for a contingency fee, commission, or percentage of grant award.

Initial Consultation
Meet with a Harmony Global Consulting Corporation consultant to outline a strategy for your organization or business. Initial consultation at our office in Chicago, Illinois - $125 per hour. Initial consultation onsite at your location - $150 visitation fee, plus $125 per hour.

Fund Development:
Grant Research Services
Harmony will conduct comprehensive research to locate funding sources for your organization. This will include indentifying funding from: foundations, corporations, and the government (state and federal funders). We will indentify from 20-50 potential funding opportunities and deliver the information to your organization through email and through hard copy.
Grant Proposal Writing Services
(Foundations and Corporations)
For grant applications and RFPs (requests for proposals), Harmony will develop the proposal from beginning to submission by writing the proposal, submitting the proposal on time, and following-up on the process. Our pricing includes developing the needs statement, development of the budget, and development of the outcome measurements. Fees range from $1,500 to $5,000, depending upon the complexity of the project.
Grant Proposal Writing Services
(Governmental)

Our pricing includes developing the needs statement, development of the budget, and development of the outcome measurements. Fees typically range from $1,950 to $6,500, depending upon the complexity of the project.
Grant Proposal Review
We will evaluate a grant proposal written by your organization prior to submission to the funding source. We will proofread it, matching it against the application and funding guidelines. We will provide comprehensive editing and a technical review of your grant proposal prior to its submission. Fee - $750 to $2,000 per project, depending on the length of the grant narrative.
Yearly Agreements
Under an annual arrangement, a budgeted monthly amount is set, based on your organization's goals and financial considerations. We are available to conduct grant source research, alert you to grant opportunities, prepare proposals, and provide ongoing advice and consultation services. Under this agreement, you receive Harmony's services at a predetermined monthly amount, typically $950-$4,500, and have the ability to utilize the full arsenal of our services while spreading the cost over the course of the contract year.
Program Development and Management:
Program Development
We will design programs for agencies such as group homes, childcare providers, after-school programs, substance abuse treatment providers, prison re-entry programs, transitional living facilities, etc. for a fee ranging from $5,000 - $10,000, depending on the complexity of the assignment.
Business Plans
We will develop business plans, strategic planning, proformas, and loan package preparation for a fee ranging from $5,000 - $7,500, depending on the complexity of the assignment.
Business Development Planning
Harmony will assist your business or organization with the preparation and filing of applications for IRS 501(c) 3 status, DUNS number, FEIN, State Certificate of Good Standing, WBE/MBE/DBE determinations, and other necessary certifications. Fee - $1,500 - $2,500.
Networking and Communications:
Websites
We will create, update, maintain, or redesign your website. Our services can also include domain name, hosting, online payment or data collection options, and email accounts. Websites start at $720 per year (includes hosting) for basic updates and maintenance, to $2,000-$5,000 for a completely new or redesigned site, depending on the complexity desired.
Branding and Public Image
We can assess your public image to integrate printed materials (letterhead, brochures, business cards, etc.), advertising, new technologies, and public relations messages to clearly portray your "Brand" mission and objectives. In addition to assessment, we will help you create new materials to meet your needs. Fees begin at $1,000.
Strategic Partnerships and Network Building
We will help you develop strategic personal and professional networks to leverage goodwill toward your objectives. This could include FaceBook, YouTube, or MySpace entries, attendance at meetings and conferences, membership in specific organizations, political meetings, etc. Fees begin at $500, according to the complexity of the project.
Educational Opportunities:
Seminars/Workshops
We provide specialized training sessions for individual organizations. Seminars can range from one to three days, depending on the needs of your organization. The handouts and group practice sessions we offer are integral parts of the learning experience. Per day (6 hours or less) - $1,500 per day plus expenses.
PQAS Seminars/Workshops
We provide specialized training sessions for PQAS requirements. Seminars can range from one to three days, depending on the needs of your organization. The handouts and group practice sessions we offer are integral parts of the learning experience. Per day (6 hours or less) - $1,500 per day plus expenses.
Internships
Harmony Global Consulting Corporation provides training for individuals seeking to learn or improve their grant proposal writing skills. Applicants receive practical experience in all aspects of the grant process. The tuition is $2,800 for this learning opportunity.
